International Breastfeeding Week 2024
International Breast-Feeding Week (August 1-7, 2024) was organized by the Masonic Medical Centre for Children. And various nursing colleges were participated in the event to boost breastfeeding awareness. The week featured health talks from experts such as Dr. VinoLatha, Dr. Relve Varghese, Dr. Arthi, Dr. Dulasi Durga. And Our Nursing team actively organized and conducted and participated in various events included interactive quizzes, cultural performances like dances and mime shows, and culminated in an awards ceremony. These activities engaged both the public and parents, enhancing understanding of breastfeeding, its benefits, and encouraging broader community support through a mix of educational and entertaining approaches.
